We provide safe, reliable, door-to-door transportation to help participants attend our program consistently. Transportation is available through Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) for Medicaid-eligible participants, ensuring dependable access and added peace of mind for families and caregivers.

Through these services, participants can take part in creative arts, sensory activities, adaptive recreation, brain games, community outings, social activities, and daily living skill development.
Supported Community Connections (SCC) is a person-centered program focused on helping individuals build confidence, independence, social connections, and everyday skills. Participants work toward their individual goals while taking part in engaging activities such as creative arts, sensory activities, adaptive recreation, brain games, and community outings. The program is designed to encourage skill development while creating opportunities for meaningful relationships and participation in the community.
In addition to supporting participants, SEMKI’s Adult Day Programs provide valuable respite for primary caregivers by offering a safe, supervised environment where individuals can enjoy enriching activities while families feel confident their loved ones are receiving compassionate care.
